Step 1: Coconut oil – use in the morning, on an empty stomach, before brushing your teeth. Take 1-2 tablespoons of oil and rinse your mouth for 5-20 minutes. After finishing, spit out the oil – do not swallow or rinse with water.

Step 2: Whitening toothpaste - use it daily - morning and evening, brush for 2-3 minutes.

Step 3: Colour corrector - use it 1-2 times a day after using toothpaste. Brush your teeth in circular motions, preferably with a soft-bristled toothbrush.

You can safely use the toothpaste and oil without any breaks. After 4 weeks of using the corrector, we recommend a minimum 2-week break.
