Saliva and removed coating remain on a tongue scraper after use, so it should not be put away without rinsing.
After every tongue cleaning
- rinse the scraper thoroughly under running water,
- remove visible residue,
- leave it to dry in a clean place,
- do not share it with another person.
Any additional cleaning depends on the material and the manufacturer's instructions. Do not use temperatures or chemicals that the manufacturer has not approved.
